Changzhou Hua R Sheng Reflective Material Co., Ltd, located in Zouqu Town, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is a high-tech enterprise engaging in researching, developing, producing and selling serial reflective materials. In 2016, it was formally integrated into the system of SVG Optronics Co., Ltd (stock code: 300331), a listed company. Now, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SVG Optronics Co., Ltd. For a long time, Hua R Sheng company attaches great importance to the protection of scientific and technological innovation and independent intellectual property rights. It has applied for dozens of patents, and participated in the organization and drafting of many national and industrial standards. “Tong Ming” brand is a domestic reflective materials independent innovation brand. It is both well-known at home and abroad. We have registered the main trademark of "Tong Ming" and 17 relevant protective trademarks in China, and we have registered the trademark of "Tong Ming" in Madrid and other countries.

Development Path

➤    Research and development phase      From 1994 to 2001

In 1994, our company took the lead in the research and development of the industrial production of reflective sheeting products in China. After eight years’ hard work, our company finally successfully developed the domestic reflective sheeting in 2001, breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign products on China and realizing the breakthrough of zero domestic production of reflective sheeting.

➤    Rapid development period                  From 2002 to 2007

Since 2002, the company has entered a period of rapid development and achieved continuous double growth. In 2007, the number of employees has grown from 20 to 800, and the production line has grown from one to 52 automatic production lines and supporting equipment. The product develops from the original single structure to the whole series of glass beads, occupying the domestic market share and opening the international market rapidly.

➤  Structural adjustment period                From 2008 to 2010

In 2008, the financial crisis swept across the world and brought severe tests to the development of enterprises. However, our company still maintained good growth and license plate reflective sheeting and conspicuity marking occupied a large number of the domestic market.

Main products

The company#39;s main products include: prismatic grade, high intensity grade, engineering grade, advertisement grade, license plate garde reflective sheeting, conspicuity marking, printing film and photo luminescent tape. Three subsidiaries: Changzhou Lian Ming Reflective Material Co., LTD., Changzhou Tong Ming Safety Protection Products Co., LTD., Changzhou Hua Lu Ming Sign Co., LTD., mainly specializing in the production of glass beads series products, series of reflective fabric, reflective clothing, all kinds of reflective signs, luminescent signs, license plates, etc. Products are widely used in road, railway, shipping safety instructions and warning signs, place names road signs, motor vehicle number plates, advertising signs, reflective safety clothing, trailer, truck body reflective signs, dangerous goods car signs and police car emblems. The high intensity grade and engineering grade reflective sheeting have been certified by European (En 12899-1:2001), ASTM standard, EN20471 and other countries’ reletive certificates. By virtue of its cost-effective advantage and good service, our company covers the domestic market, and exports more than 100 countries and regions, well receivedby the majority of customers.

Research and development ability

 The company#39;s development benefits from scientific and technological innovation, the company has built reflective material technology center, has been identified as Changzhou enterprise technology center, Jiangsu enterprise technology center and Jiangsu engineering technology research center.Our high retroreflectivity and high weather resistance reflective film industrial technology development project has been strongly supported by Jiangsu provincial science and technology department and the department of finance, and has received 12 million yuan of project support funds from the provincial government.
